Greetings,

 

Arrangements for the 13th Marsh Fork Reunion have been made for July 17 and July 18, 2009 at the Raleigh County Armory Conference Center in Beckley, WV.  THE COST FOR THE REUNION IS  $50 PER PERSON, which includes one or both nights.  The schedule for the reunion is as follows:

                                Doors open at 6:00PM each night

                                Friday Night, July 17 – Social / Cocktail Buffet – 6:00PM until Midnight

                                Saturday Morning, July 18 – Golf Outing  (see attached registration form)

Saturday Night, July 18 – Dinner   7:00PM  /  Social  and Dance until Midnight

There will be a choice of three dinner entrees (see registration form).  One entrée is available for vegetarians.

The Armory DOES NOT serve alcoholic beverages; however, anyone may BYOB.  The program will consist

of the recognition of the 1958 and 1959 graduating classes, school song, and dinner blessing.

 

 GRADUATION IS NOT A REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND!  Anyone who has ever attended MFHS is

encouraged to take part in our 13th Reunion.

ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.    THERE WILL BE NO WALK-INS.

 

A photographer will be present on Saturday night to take class pictures immediately after dinner, beginning

with the earliest class present.  After ALL class pictures, we will have community pictures followed by

family and friends pictures.  All pictures must be paid for when ordered.

 

Attached is a reservation form.  Please complete fully.  PLEASE HAVE YOUR RESERVATION IN BY

JULY 6, 2009.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN due to contracts with agencies and the Armory.
